Dear  colleagues,

Electrochemistry meeting is a platform to bring together scientists and researchers, from universities and research institutes, and working on different areas of electrochemistry or using electrochemistry as a tool in different areas of science and technology, and to exchange ideas and evaluate the electrochemistry related scientific and technological improvements. As the 8th electrochemistry meeting is organised by Ankara University (Prof. Dr. A.O. Solak and Prof. Dr. M.Güllü), the organisers and places of past electrochemistry meetings are given below. We would like to thank the organisers of past electrochemistry meetings on behalf of the Organization Committee of 8th International Electrochemisry Meeting In Turkey. Suggestions of leading electrochemists of Turkey and support of Rector of Ankara University, Prof. Dr. Cemal Taluğ, encouraged us to prepare this meeting. The 8th International Electrochemistry Meeting In Turkey will be held at the recreational campus area of Ankara University at Side from 8th of October to 11th of October 2009. We hope that this meeting will create a beatiful scientific atmosphere with exquisite social and cultural activities. We cordially invite all scientists whose main research area is electrochemistry or who uses electrochemistry as a tool in their research.
