Transportation to the Conference Venue and Basic Information About the Climate in Side

Conference venue (Ankara University, ÖRSEM Hotel, Side) is about 40 km away from the International Antalya Airport. We plan to provide a shuttle service in order to transfer guests, who registered to conference, according to a programme which will be announced soon after obtaining the flight information (arrival dates and hours etc. to Antalya Airport) of all participants.  Please send your flight schedule as soon as possible, by an e-mail message to us for making a plausible programme to meet the needs of all attendees.

The climate on the beginning of October is expected to be sunny, temperatures is around 25-30 degrees Celcius during the day time, around 15 - 20 degrees Celcius during the night time. You may need to put on a jacket or a sweaters at night times. There is an air conditioner in every room. Please remember to take your swimming wear with you. Conference attendees can participate to one or more social tours and events as described in the scientific programme.
