WHAT IS COVERED BY THE REGISTRATION FEE ?

Registration Fee Includes:

Accompanying Person Registration Fee Includes:

ACCOMODATION FEES

Accomodation costs include the open buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We have about 300 beds at the University ÖRSEM hotel. In addition we have a 200 beds at nearby hotels. Here are the details.

• 32 rooms with two single beds (recommended to couples with one child, one additional bed is also available). A Block, 60 € / day, person
• 32 rooms with one double bed (recommended to couples with one child, one additional bed is also available). A Blok, 60 € / day, person
• 26 rooms with three single beds (recommended to families with one child or to participants attending without accompanying persons). B Block, 50 € / day, person
• 20 rooms with four single beds (recommended to students and young researchers). Bungalovs, 35 € / day, person
• If one wishes to stay alone at ÖRSEM hotel, two bed costs should be paid.  We have also hired some single and double rooms at the hotels outside the venue in walking distance of about 5-10 minustes. Costs for single rooms at outside hotels (4* or 5*) is about 80 – 90 € / day, person, which includes the open buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner at the conference venue.

When registering on web please indicate your preference about accommodation.
Note that Deniz Yigit ( Bu e-Posta adresi istek dışı postalardan korunmaktadır, görüntülüyebilmek için JavaScript etkinleştirilmelidir ) is in charge for accommodation. Please send e-mail to him with any query with accommodation. Please inform him with your travel itinerary. He is in charge to welcome you at the airport and he is supposed to arrange your transportation from the airport to the conference venue and backward to the airport.

• Please do not hesitate to contact him if you have any questions, requirements and advises about accommodation and transportation.  
• Antalya is a touristic city. Please book your flights as soon as possible. It could be difficult to find a flight to Antalya in summer high season!!!  
•  Could you please send your flight information to Deniz Yigit? He will make arrangement for welcome and transportation from airport to conference center. 
• We have given details of our bank accounts in US$ and Euros. Please note that our working principle is on a first come, first service basis. Most of the invited speakers do not need to make anything with regards to the payment. Additional invited speakers are expected to pay. Please do write to us if you have any query.

Accommodation preference

• Two single beds   (A Block), 60 € / day, person,  includes the open buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner.

• One double bed   (A Block), 60 € / day, person,includes the open buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner.

• Three single beds (B block), 50 € / day, person, includes the open buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner.

• Four single beds (Bungalovs - for students and young researchers only), 35 € / day, person, includes the open buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner.

• Outside 4* Hotels, about 80 € / day, person, includes the open buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner.

• Outside 5* Hotels, 90 € / day, person, includes the open buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Person who requests an accomodation may transfer the total accommodation costs (depending on the number of days  wish to stay) together with their registration fee.
