Dear Ali,
Many thanks again for organising such a nice meeting and for your kind hospitality.
I have thoroughly enjoyed these few days in Side.
Thanks also for the folk dances...
Best regards

Dear Rob
I have just returned from the 8th Turkish Electrochemistry Conference that was an international conference (www.elektrokimya.org) with more than 300 participants from 20 countries (Japan, Korea, Middle East, North Africa, Germany, etc...) . I was very impressed by the level of Electrochemistry Research in this country that is developing very fast. Furthermore, the Turkish coast is beautiful..
All the exhibitors (Autolab, Ivium, Par, Edaq, Merck, ....) thought this meeting was more active than many ISE spring meetings in terms of business.
I strongly suggest that ISE would consider Turkey for a Spring meeting.
With best regards

Dear Ali,
I am back at work in NZ now with many wonderful memories of my time in Turkey. Thank you very much for the opportunity to attend the conference and present some of our work; I’ve come home with several new ideas as well as the impression of a thriving electrochemistry community in Turkey. Thank you also for your marvelous hospitality and friendliness, and for organizing the lovely hotel in Istanbul. I really enjoyed my fleeting visit to the city but will have to return for a proper look!
Thank you again and very best wishes to you and your wife (sorry but I have no idea how to spell her name),
